1 .Product Introducation:
EDTA tubes are coated with EDTA-K2 or EDTA-K3. They are for the examination of whole blood in haematology and can be used in direct sampling analyzers without actually being opened. EDTA bind the calcium ions and therefore blocks the coagulation cascade. Erythrocytes, leukocytes and thrombocytes in an EDTA anticoagulated blood sample are stable for up to 24 hours.
Excellent outfits with super-minute technique can spray additive uniformly on the inner surface of the tube, thus blood specimen can completely mix with the additive. EDTA anticoagulant plasma is used for biological assay of pathogenic microorganism, parasite and bacterial molecule, etc.
Function: K2EDTA or K3EDTA is dispensed in the tube for blood routine tests. The rubber is qualified to match all analyzer probes. Invert 8-10 times after blood collection. And the tube shall be inverted several times before experiment.
